February 1, 2016 - Ahead of the Binational Forum meeting, Ambassador Douale had a productive and interactive meeting with Dr. Shannon Smith, Deputy Assistant Secretary for East Africa, Sudan, and South Sudan at the Bureau of African Affairs, U.S. Department of State. The meeting was helpful to clarify some of the issues that were discussed in Djibouti.
