	NOTICE TO BIOMETRIC PASSPORT APPLICANTS NOTICE TO BIOMETRIC PASSPORT APPLICANTS The Embassy of the Republic of Djibouti in the United States and Canada wishes to inform Djibouti nationals living in the United States and Canada that the Embassy will begin accepting application forms for new Djiboutian biometric passports, starting June 4, 2018. The requirements to apply for the biometric passport, in person and in Washington, DC will be posted soon on our website at djiboutiembassyus.org. 	Starting January 1 ,2017 Working hours of Djibouti Administration will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday to Thursday Le chef de l’Etat, M. Ismail Omar Guelleh, a présidé ce mardi les travaux de la 21ème séance du Conseil des ministres au cours de laquelle l’exécutif djiboutien a entériné la décision de réaménager les horaires de travail dans l’administration publique.
