A delegation from DPFZA was present in Washington dc to participate US- Africa Trade Conference in Baltimore.

They presented  Investment opportunities offered by Djibouti's Ports and Free Zone, and also had a chance to meet with the Department of Commerce and USTDA  (Trade Development Agency ). They  Showed the US companies the important role played by the Djibouti Ports, as a Strategic Hub for International  Trade and Gateway to the East African landlocked countries such as Ethiopia and South Sudan.

Throwback to the ambassador's visit to the Minnesota National Guard. It was a valuable opportunity to engage with the leadership. The Minnesota National Guard has been deployed to Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti on multiple occasions.

NOTICE TO BIOMETRIC PASSPORT APPLICANTS

The Embassy of the Republic of Djibouti in the United States and Canada wishes to inform Djibouti nationals living in the United States and Canada that the Embassy will begin accepting application forms for new Djiboutian biometric passports, starting June 4, 2018.
